European delivery. Applicable to all items that are in our or external stock, prices are determined by weight and delivery country. To keep delivery time it is necessary to make orders until 3.00 p.m. Orders received after 3.00 p.m. will be processed next business day.
Express Delivery (DHL Air Express)
Worldwide air delivery - our fastest delivery option. Applicable to all items that are in our or external stock, prices are determined by weight and delivery country.
Applicable to all items that are in our or external stock and require special shipping and handling due to their large size or high weight. When your basket contains an oversized item which does not meet standard shipping criteria you can send us a shipping request, we will check up possible options and allow you to make an order with Oversize Delivery.
Once your order has been processed, confirmation email will be sent to you. We will also inform you by email about dispatching. After sending your order, shipping company will notify you by email or text message about your order status and estimated delivery time.
Orders with item(s) in internal stock are shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. Orders with item(s) in external stocks may take an additional 1 – 2 working days to process and ship.
AutoRicambi uses different operators for delivery (mostly DHL & GLS). Shipping companies deliver the order to the address given by the customer during the order process. Usually the speditor operates during office hours (between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. local time).

Payment in advance (bank transfer) on our bank account. Payment details will be sent to you after order confirmation.
Purchase without VAT:
If you are registered VAT payer in your country and have VAT identification number, ordering without VAT is possible under the following conditions.
Terms of the purchase without VAT:
- You are a company customer, not a private person.
- Your company is based in a member state of the European Union.
You are registered VAT payer in your country and have valid VAT identification number.
If you meet these requirements, fill in your valid VAT number in the order form (use VAT number field in order form). Enter the country code first, followed by the entire VAT number without any spaces.
Your VAT will be validated through the electronic system VIES (VAT Information Exchange System) operated by the European Commission.
What will happen after verifying VAT number through VIES?
- If the system evaluates your VAT as valid, your order will be completed without VAT.
- If the system evaluated your VAT as invalid, leave the VAT field empty, to be able to finish your order, but that will be completed including VAT.
- If there will be no connection with the VIES, your order will be completed without VAT and your VAT will be checked by us after receipt your order.
Dear customers, please note that if you purchase excluding VAT and you stated a different billing and delivery address, it will be necessary to confirm your order by company whose billing information you have provided.
Terms of display product prices without VAT:
If you would like to display also prices of individual products without VAT, it is neccessary to register first and to provide your valid VAT identification number into the Registration form (use Registration in upper right corner). After your VAT ID number verification the prices will be displayed without VAT. Please note, VAT number listed in the registration form will be verify continuously during working hours, which may cause delay between your registration and VAT verification.
